Service Description

Inspect and tighten all hardware to ensure everything is secure. Check the door's balance by disconnecting the opener and manually lifting the door halfway. Lubricate rollers, hinges, and tracks to keep them running smoothly. Test safety features, including the auto-reverse mechanism. Test remotes and keypads for proper functionality. This service does not include any additional parts. In the unusual case that additional parts are needed, customer approval will be obtained prior to any work being done.
